Our Process

Request a Quote

Please provide us with as much detail about your design as possible, including a design file (if available). We will get in touch with you within 48 hours, to further assess your needs. Not to worry if you don’t have all the details figured out; we will assist you with achieving the vision of your event!  Once we have finalized your order, we will send you an invoice.

Payment & Proof

Once we have received payment, our team will create your design. A digital proof will be sent for your review and approval, prior to moving forward with production.


Standard production time is 3 weeks from the initial receipt of payment.


You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, once your order has been shipped. Shipping costs are included in the final invoice. 


Local pickup is also available. We will contact you when your order is ready, and coordinate a mutually beneficial pick-up date/time.

Digital Proof Policy

Approval of the proof must be made prior to production.


Custom orders are produced exactly as approved. Any changes after you have approved are subject to a reprinting fee. While we strive to deliver an error-free product, it is the buyers’ responsibility to thoroughly review the proof provided.

You will receive one complimentary proof of your design. We also offer one minor, complimentary adjustment per item.

Additional proofs are subject to a $15 design fee per item.
