SHIPPING & REFUND
PRODUCTION POLICY
GENERAL
Our production time is 3 weeks plus 3-7 business days for shipping from the date
of placing your order.
Please ensure that your order is placed in sufficient time. Orders placed under that timeframe will incur additional shipping and expedited fees. Fees vary based on the due date.
PRODUCTION TIME
All orders have a production time of approximately 10-12 business days or 12-15 business days following approval of proof and payment. An additional, 3-7 business days should be accounted for shipping when placing orders domestically. 10-15 business days should be accounted for when placing internationally shipped orders.
DIGITAL PROOFS

1 complimentary proof of your requested design is included with your order per item

1 complimentary minor adjustment/change will be provided per item

Additional proofs are subject to a design fee of $10 per proof
Custom orders will be produced exactly as approved. Any changes after you have approved are subject to a reprinting/design fee. It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly review the proof provided. Any typos, misspellings or incorrect dates must be identified at time of proofing.
DIGITAL PROOF APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE WE PROCEED TO PRODUCTION.
SHIPPING POLICY
GENERAL
Shipping times are an estimate at checkout and are from the time of shipping, not the time of order. Our production time is four weeks plus 3-7 days for shipping. It is up to the customer to check the date when their order is needed before remitting payment.
KK&S Designs has no control over shipments once the carrier picks them up. All orders include a shipping confirmation email once an order has shipped.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
DOMESTIC
We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. If you would like an item shipped otherwise, please contact us to discuss options.
INTERNATIONAL
All applicable customs and import duties and
fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that most of our items are highly fragile and require additional support to ensure safe transportation
of your custom products.

Packing materials to ensure safe transportation (double boxing, peanuts, tissue paper, bubble paper, tape, fragile stickers, etc)

Full tracking number (USPS First Class International excluded).
All orders will be checked & packaged carefully to ensure safe transportation. If there are any discrepancies upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses – we ship to your registered address – refunds for your order can not occur due to this.
If you provide us with a different shipping address, please make sure you get a confirmation from us. If you have not received a confirmation by the end of the business day, please send us an email to contact: info@kks-events.com.
We can not be held responsible for delays during transit, weather related delays on behalf of the carrier. Custom orders are final sale.
DAMAGED ITEM(S)
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we may file a claim. It is our goal to send a replacement however due to scheduling it may take up to 3 weeks for production to be completed. Please hold onto the damaged item(s) and packaging in case the shipping provider requires a pick up for further inspection.
Replacement items will be sent using the same shipping method-- if your order requires expediting, there will be an additional fee.
Please confirm the address entered at checkout as that will be the address we ship to. Additional charges due to insufficient address or return shipments will be billed to the buyer.

you elect to provide us confidential. We guarantee that your Credit Card transactions are safe and secure, as well as the safety of any other information you provide us.
We only use your e-mail address and any other information you elect to provide us, to better serve you, keep you informed about changes in our site or services, provide decor ideas and suggestions, or share new products and special pricing only available to our customers and newsletter members. You can rest assured that your information is safe with us.
REFUNDS
We take pride in your products and services. Our products are custom-made therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please be sure of your color and design options before making your request. Once orders have been placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
