If your total order does not meet the $150 minimum before taxes and shipping, it will be automatically canceled and refunded.

ORDERING TIMELINE

To ensure your items arrive on time for your event, please review our production and shipping timeline:

PRODUCTION TIME
• Standard production: Orders are processed in a 3 week production timeframe (not including weekends or holidays)
• Rush production: Any order needed in less than 7 business days is considered a rush and incur an additional fee
 – To request a rush, please email info@kks-events.com before placing your order

SHIPPING TIME
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS
• Expedited shipping: Available at checkout

WHEN TO ORDER

• If using standard production + standard shipping:
 Place your order at least 3 weeks before your event
