If your total order does not meet the $150 minimum before taxes and shipping, it will be automatically canceled and refunded.

HOW TO ORDER
1️⃣ Choose Your Size & Finish:
Select your preferred size (e.g., 8"x10", 11"x14", or custom) and finish option—Laser engrave.
2️⃣ Pick Your Acrylic Color:
Choose from our luxurious velvet matte acrylic color options (blush, black, ivory, sage, etc.).
3️⃣ Enter Your Custom Text:
In the personalization box or file upload section, include your full drink menu, event name, or other wording exactly as you'd like it to appear. (PDF, Word, or typed text preferred.)
4️⃣ Select Add-Ons (If Needed):
Optional: Add a matching acrylic base or coordinating signage for a complete bar setup.
5️⃣ Review & Checkout:
Add the item to your cart, confirm your selections, and complete checkout. We'll follow up within 5 business days with a proof for your approval.
6️⃣ Approve Your Proof:
We’ll email your design proof for review. You’ll get 1–2 rounds of revisions included. Once approved, your order will go into production.

To ensure your items arrive on time for your event, please review our production and shipping timeline:

• Standard production: Orders are processed in a 3 week production timeframe (not including weekends or holidays)
• Rush production: Any order needed in less than 7 business days is considered a rush and incur an additional fee

SHIPPING TIME
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS
• Expedited shipping: Available at checkout
