Design & Proof Approval
We design your piece and send a proof before production begins
Production
Your order is fabricated, engraved, or printed in our Maryland studio
Shipping, Pickup, or Installation
Delivered how and where you need it
Proofs & Revisions
Every order includes a proof for your review before we begin production, so you can confirm wording, color, and layout in advance. Reasonable revisions are included before production starts; changes requested after production has begun may affect timeline and cost.
Turnaround Times

Signage & Stationery: standard turnaround is 3 weeks from proof approval; rush production (1 week) is available for urgent projects.

Corporate Gifting: standard turnaround is 2 weeks from proof approval; expedited turnaround is available for an additional fee.

On-Site Engraving: this is a live, same-day experience — guests leave with their personalized item the day of the event, unless there's an issue with a specific piece. There is no design-approval or production wait for this service.

Trade Services: as little as 3 days, depending on our production schedule at the time you reach out.
