Please note: There is a $150 minimum custom orders.

If your total order does not meet the $150 minimum before taxes and shipping, it will be automatically canceled and refunded.

How to Order:

Creating your custom pillow covers is easy. Just follow the steps below:

  • Select Quantity – Choose how many pillow covers you’d like to order.

  • Choose Pillow Cover Color – Select from our premium color options to match your brand or event theme.

  • Add Text or Logo Color – Let us know what color your design should be printed or embroidered in.

  • Share Your Concept – Describe your vision! Include wording, logos, font preferences, or a theme. Upload any inspiration or brand materials if available.

Pricing includes a single-sided design (front side only). Double-sided customization is available upon request for an additional fee.

 

Once your order is received, we’ll reach out with a digital proof for approval before production begins.

This pillow's shape is perfect for a decorative accent that highlights your unique design.
• The pillow is made from moisture-wicking cotton that has a high-end linen feel to it.
• The color of the pillow covers may differ from screen to screen.

Fill in non-allergenic polyester:

• Hidden zipper
• 100% pre-shrunk cotton case
• Fabric weight: 8.1 oz/yd² (192 g/m²)
• Moisture-wicking fabric
• Machine-washable case
• Shape-retaining 100% polyester insert included

HOW TO ORDER

  • Select your quantity  using the dropdown menu.

  • Choose a color by referring to the chart on the second page.

  • Enter the following in the custom fields below:
     • The name (one word only – spelled exactly as you'd like it cut)
     • Font choice (e.g. Modern Script, Bold Serif) – see options on the third page. 

  • Add any special notes or design requests in the “Additional Notes” section.

ORDERING TIMELINE

To ensure your items arrive on time for your event, please review our production and shipping timeline:

PRODUCTION TIME
• Standard production: Orders are processed in a 3 week production timeframe (not including weekends or holidays)
• Rush production: Any order needed in less than 7 business days is considered a rush and incur an additional fee
 – To request a rush, please email info@kks-events.com before placing your order

SHIPPING TIME
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS
• Expedited shipping: Available at checkout

WHEN TO ORDER

• If using standard production + standard shipping:
 Place your order at least 3 weeks before your event

Production begins after all custom details have been received and confirmed. Orders missing required information may be delayed.
